Our mission is to provide a competitive and supportive environment where young players can improve their basketball skills and grow as team players.  We look to build and develop our program to emphasize character, trust, honesty, responsibility and discipline.  We will strive to work hard to do things the right way.  Our vision is to develop successful young players and young adults with positive attitudes.  As an organization, we want to represent the tradition of Millard West and build a program that is respected across the state of Nebraska.
